I understand that, especially for first-timers, the financial commitment is scary and the time deadlines are stressful. Whether you are buying or selling, it is my job to do as much of the groundwork as possible, prompt you as every deadline approaches, and educate you every step of the way so that you know everything is being done exactly as it should be done.
Throughout my career, I have strived to have a genuine connection with my clients, to be approachable, to spend as much time with you as you need, answering your questions and communicating with you on a regular basis so that you know you are receiving the exceptional, personalized service you deserve.
I want you to enjoy the process of buying or selling a home. My goal is to be your Realtor® for life, to create a genuine and friendly professional relationship with you that makes you want to return for my professional services whenever you are ready to buy or sell again.
I’ve been fascinated with the greater Pittsburgh real estate market ever since I bought my first home here in 1989. I became qualified to sell real estate when I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1992. More recently, I added a real estate sales license to my qualifications and joined the National Association of Realtors, so that I can provide you with the best possible service.
As an attorney and as a Realtor®, I have the background and education to uphold the highest professional standards to ensure that your real estate transaction is done properly from start to finish. My paperwork is meticulously prepared and I take every possible measure to protect your best interests and achieve your real estate goals in a way that is hassle-free for you.
